Creating Numbered Lists:

To create a numbered list, type in the number "1" with a period (full stop) immediately after it, followed by one space and then the text you want to follow. Hit Enter/Return to get to the next line, and they type in the number "2" with a period (full stop) immediately after it, followed by one space and then the text you want to follow. Repeat as many times with the next number(s) in the sequence (3, 4, etc.). You can copy and paste the text below and edit it as you desire:

1. This is the first item in a list.

2. This is the second item in a list.

3. This is the third item in a list.

The spacing between the list items is single spacing only (adding an extra return in between each will not increase the space).
